007-00Briefing

Bring the council a decision.

The laboratory is selecting the first deployments. A briefing is a conversation about one decision your organization struggles with, and a first case for the council built from it.

What to
write

  1. 01The decision. One that is made often, costs something on every side, and has to be explained afterwards. A line speed, a retool window, a pricing rule, a ward opening.
  2. 02The organization. What it runs, how large it is, and which interests sit at the table when the decision is made today.
  3. 03The data. What is already kept about that decision: sensors, logs, ledgers, orders, records. Where it lives and who governs it.

What
happens
next

The laboratory answers in writing with a briefing: what the council would be for your organization, which voices would sit on it, and what a first case would look like. If the decision fits, the first case is built from your own records and argued on a board like the one on this site, with your people watching.

No sales call, no deck. A decision, a council, a record.
