When supply chains move, decisions must move with them.
Every disruption creates competing priorities. Operations needs continuity. Finance protects margin. Sales protects delivery commitments. Procurement must find alternatives. Mantikon is designed to bring those perspectives together around a connected model of orders, inventory, suppliers and constraints — and turn the result into an accountable decision brief.

Respond, don't just report
A delayed component is not merely an alert. It is a set of possible actions, each with different consequences. Compare supplier alternatives, inventory reallocations and delivery scenarios using the evidence available at decision time.
Alternatives - 02
See the disagreement
The lowest-cost path may be the least resilient. The fastest path may increase quality risk. The council exposes those trade-offs before an operator commits.

Keep the history
Link every recommendation to the source data, the approval and the eventual delivery outcome. See which assumptions proved right and which deserve revisiting.

A worked
example
Illustrative scenario, not a customer case.
A manufacturer is waiting on electronic components for several product lines. An external logistics feed reports a prolonged stoppage at one transport terminal.
Mantikon links the event to the expected deliveries: which containers are on the affected route, when the materials were due, which production orders depend on them and what stock is in reserve. The logistics agent proposes alternative routings. The procurement agent checks whether the components can be bought elsewhere. The production agent examines resequencing the orders. The finance agent prices each scenario. The risk agent questions the reliability of the promised delivery dates and the chance of a second disruption.
Three options reach the brief: expedited delivery on an alternative route at a higher cost; reallocation of stock between plants; a change to the production plan that temporarily prioritizes the products whose materials are present. Each carries its effect on cost, contract performance, product availability and the financial result. The operator chooses; Mantikon creates the tasks in the connected systems and then watches whether the goods actually moved.
What changes is the shape of the work: from reacting to problems that have already landed, to a continuous process of surfacing risk and preparing alternatives.
